Enrollment FAQ
When does enrollment for Summer Adventure Club Open? Summer Adventure Club enrollment will open on Wednesday, January 14th, 2026. You will find a PDF attachment on this web page after it opens to register your child.
Do I need to sign up for multiple weeks? Signing up for a session is easy and flexible. A $100 deposit is required for each session at the time of enrollment. Keep in mind, the deadline to receive a credit on your initial deposit is May 1st. After this date, no deposit credits will be given, as staffing commitments are fully finalized based on current enrollment. Session withdrawals are still accepted after May 1st, but the full initial deposit will be lost. Additionally, please note that there is a non-refundable $35 processing fee.
What are the camp hours? Monday-Friday: 7:00 am-5:30 pm
Where is Summer Adventure Club located? North Glendale Elementary, 765 N Sappington Rd, Kirkwood, MO 63122
Is my child required to attend camp from open to close? Students can be dropped off and picked up at any time during camp hours.
Can I enroll my incoming Kindergartner for Summer Adventure Club? Unfortunately, Summer Adventure Club is only available for students entering grades 1st through 6th for the 2026-2027 school year.
If I submitted an enrollment form does that mean we are good to go? Filling out an enrollment form is the initial step in the registering fro Summer Adventure Club, but does not complete the process. Each enrollment form is time-stamped and logged in the order it was received. You will receive an email confirmation once your enrollment for your selected sessions has been confirmed.

Once you have filled out the enrollment form, please email it directly to Jennifer Hahn or drop it off at our office located at KECC, 100 N Sappington Road, Kirkwood, MO 63122.

After your enrollment form is processed, you will receive an email confirmation along with instructions on how to register for the enrichment classes, which are included as part of our summer program.

All tuition payments will be processed through Brightwheel and billed automatically. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, you can deliver those payments directly to our KECC office. Please make all checks payable to Adventure Club.
The sessions listed below are currently on a waiting list. If you're interested in enrolling in a Summer session that is waitlisted, please click on the WAIT LIST link to complete the form. You will receive an email notification once a spot opens up for that session. If a session is marked as OPEN, it means we are still accepting enrollments for that particular session.
