Waiting List Steps
- Click the link below to add your child's name to our waiting list.
- After completing the waiting list form, you will receive an email with your response from Google.
- If there isn't currently a wait list at your child's school, you will receive an email with our enrollment form that must be filled out before starting. (The initial round of invitations for the 2025-26 school year will start in May.)
- Next, you will receive a link to create a Brightwheel account, allowing you to pay your registration fee and tuition.
- Lastly, you will get an email confirming your child's start date.

We offer Adventure Club for students in grades K - 5 (before and after school care) at each of our elementary schools. The first step in the process to be considered for a spot is to put your child on our waiting list. The waiting list for the upcoming school year goes live on the first Wednesday of April at 10:00a each year.
It is our goal to work towards offering care to as many students as possible. However, our ability to serve students is contingent on available space to offer programming and most importantly, staffing to ensure a safe experience.
At 10:00 AM on the FIRST WEDNESDAY of April annually, you will be able to click the link provided to join the waiting list for the upcoming school year.
When a spot becomes available, families will receive information to officially register their child(ren) into Adventure Club.
