Ms. Sydney, Lead Educator

Hi! My name is Sydney Formea.

I graduated from Lindenwood University, and am thrilled to be working at KECC! I have my BA in Early Childhood Education and have worked with students for several years in different roles.

Growing up in Illinois, I have loved exploring what Missouri has to offer since moving here.  In my free time, I love being in nature, hanging out with my family, or trying new restaurants!

I am so excited about getting to know our Turtle families and look forward to being a part of
the community!

Ms. Brenna, Classroom Educator

Hi...my name is Brenna DiBello and I am so excited to be a part of the Turtle Room this year. 

I graduated from Webster University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.  In 2021, I started my teaching career working with kiddos varying from 2 to 5 years old and then joined KECC in 2023, and I couldn’t be happier here!

Ms. Christina, Classroom Educator

Hi, my name is Christina Russell and I am so happy to be in the Turtle Room. I have been at KECC since 2006. 

I previously taught in the Lion, Panda and Penguin rooms before coming to teach in the Turtle Room. I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education.

In my free time I love gardening, baking, and riding bikes with my husband, Robert and teenager daughter, Jillian. 

I am ready for a great year in the Turtle Room!

Ms. Carla, Flexible Classroom Educator

My name is Carla Ruth, I joined the KECC team in 2024.  Before coming here, I was at Keysor Elementary doing Adventure Club. Working with preschool age children has always been my goal. I've enjoyed seeing them learn new things. Having them be curious about the teachers and our school.

I look forward to this upcoming year. I will be in all of the 3/4 classrooms once a week.
