Meet the Teachers

Ms. Jeannine, Lead Classroom Educator

Hello, my name is Jeannine O'Rourke. I started teaching in 2003 and have been at KECC since 2017. I have a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Lindenwood University.

I've taught several different age levels, but my passion really lies with the three/fours. Here at KECC, I've taught in the Lion Room for the past 8 years and also been part of our amazing flex staff. I am very excited to be the Lead Teacher this year in the Otter Room. I love working with our youngest learners and enjoy watching them grow and develop during our time together. 

I live in O'Fallon with my husband, Chris and our two amazing children, Ellie and Myles (both KECC alums). We love to travel, bike ride, and play games as a family.

I look forward to a great year full of amazing experiences with our new Otters!

Ms. Brenna, Classroom Educator

Hi...my name is Brenna DiBello and I am so excited to be a part of the Otter Room this year. 

I graduated from Webster University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.  In 2021, I started my teaching career working with kiddos varying from 2 to 5 years old and then joined KECC in 2023, and I couldn’t be happier here!

Ms.  Karen, Classroom Educator

Hi, My name is Karen Rafferty, I’m happy to be in the Otter Room and be part of a great team.

A little about me: I’m married and have 4 boys and 2 dogs, Ted and Hank.

I’ve been teaching preschool for 20+ years. I graduated from Fontanne University with a degree in Early Childhood and Webster University with a masters in Early Childhood. Teaching has always been my passion and I love being part of KECC.
