Meet the Teachers

Ms. Leona, Classroom Educator

Hello my name is Leona Hill. I have been working with children since 2016. I have worked with all ages starting at age 6 weeks. Within my many years of teaching, I received my Child Development Associate Degree in August of 2023. 

When I am not at work, I spend time with my family enjoying new activities.  We enjoy playing in parks and exploring new places near our home with our dog! 

I am happy to be a part of KECC and make a huge impact on your child’s future! 

Ms Linda, Classroom Educator

Hi, my name is Linda Miller. I'm so happy to be at KECC and work in the Giraffe Room.

I enjoy helping children learn and grow. I have a Business degree from UMSL and worked in an office for 12 years. I was fortunate to be able to stay home with my children. When my children entered preschool, I began working at a children's day out program and continued to work there for 12 years before coming to KECC.

I am a third generation Kirkwoodian. I am committed to helping provide the excellent education offered by KSD. I enjoy spending time with my husband, Steve and our children, Amy (2024 KHS graduate) and David (KHS Senior) and our dog, Queenie.  I enjoy reading, cooking, crocheting and spending time outdoors.

Ms. Tiarra, Flexible Classroom Educator

Hi, my name is Tiarra Williams. I graduated in 2019 with my BS in Physical Education.

I love working with children and come from a family full of educators. In 2021, I started working with children professionally at KinderCare, where I worked with all age groups starting at 6 months. I then had a TA position at Keysor Elementary and spent a lot of time with the Kindergarten team. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, friends, and my puppy Kairo. 

I am very excited to be a part of KECC and to watch our youngest learners experience new things and grow!
